Terms of Sale.

These Terms of Sale apply to digital purchases, Fan membership access, private AI video credits and other paid digital services sold on Zane Coopr. The site is reserved for adults only. By ordering, the customer confirms that they are legally allowed to access explicit adult AI-generated content in their location.

The essential characteristics of each digital product, membership or service are shown on the relevant public page before checkout. Digital releases may include member-library access, temporary personal download links, private account access or credits attached to the customer account.

Prices are displayed in euros, including applicable taxes when required. Before payment, prices, availability, account status and access rights are checked again on the server. If an obvious configuration or pricing error is detected, the order may be refused, cancelled or refunded.

The shop allows users to add digital products to the cart. A customer must review the order, log in when required and confirm payment through the configured payment provider. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation by the payment provider and by the Zane Coopr server.

Payments are processed by the configured third-party payment provider. Zane Coopr does not store full card details. The customer is responsible for providing accurate account, billing and contact information so access and support can be handled correctly.

Digital access begins after payment confirmation. Downloads, private links, member access and AI video credits are personal, temporary where applicable, and non-transferable. Account sharing, resale, scraping, redistribution or public reposting of private files is not permitted.

For distance sales to consumers, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once performance has begun after the customer has given prior express consent and expressly waived the withdrawal right. Where immediate access is requested, the checkout flow must collect this consent before access starts.

Digital content provided immediately after the required consent is not refundable after access, download or credit delivery, except where required by law or when a confirmed technical issue prevents access and cannot be solved within a reasonable time. Refund requests must include the account email, order reference and a clear description of the issue.

Fan membership is billed according to the terms shown at checkout. Customers may request cancellation from their account or by contacting support with the account email and relevant subscription reference. Cancellation stops future paid access according to the payment provider and the membership terms shown during checkout.

Where French consumer law applies, customers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to digital content and digital services. Support may ask for technical details to verify an access fault and restore access, replace the digital delivery or provide another legal remedy when required.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform no longer accepts complaints. These Terms are governed by French law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer location.
